We at Insuforce are committed to providing a claims service that is courteous and professional with the absolute minimum of fuss to ensure your experience is as stress free as possible.

How do I report my claim?

If you are aware of an incident that might give rise to a claim or you need to make a claim, contact us on 020 8523 0008 and speak to one of our claims specialists.

If you need assistance outside of our normal working hours please refer to your policy wording for further information on how
to contact your Insurer directly to report a claim.

WHAT YOU MUST DO

Contact the police as soon as reasonably possible if something is lost or if you suspect theft, vandalism or malicious damage and get a crime reference number
Take reasonable action to recover missing items or protect your property from further loss or damage
Immediately send us any written claim which is made against you and give us full details of any verbal claims made against you

WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO

Do not start repairs without Insurers authorisation, unless such repairs are deemed as an emergency
Do not dispose of damaged articles as an inspection may be necessary
Do not admit liability or make any offers to third parties
Do not negotiate or settle any claims made against you by anyone else, unless we agree in writing that you can

How do I know what I am covered for?

Your policy wording will outline in detail the types of claims covered under your Insurance policy, which must be read in conjunction with an up to date policy schedule. If you are unsure whether a particular incident is covered, contact us when we shall be happy to assist.
